Smores Protein Pudding

Ingredients:

One pre made chocolate protein shake

4 tbsp sugar free chocolate pudding mix

1 cup heavy whipping cream

2 tbsp marshmallow skinny syrup

7 crushed up smores cookies (I got mine at Aldi but you can do any low carb cookie or one graham cracker crushed up for low calorie)


Instructions:


  1. Start with the chocolate layer. Use premade chocolate shake and mix in 4 tbsp pudding mix. I do this in a blender.

  2. Pour into container and let set in the fridge while you do the next layer.

  3. Mix 1 cup heavy whipping cream and 2 tbsp marshmallow syrup together. I did this in a blender too.

  4. Pour this layer over chocolate layer.

  5. Next take crushed cookies and sprinkle over top.

  6. I let set in the fridge for 2 hours then enjoy.
