Best Granola Bars Ever

Ingredients -

1 cup peanut butter (natural)

1/2 cup low carb honey (I used choc zero)

2 tbsp coconut oil

1 cup oatmeal

Lily's chocolate chips


Instructions -

In sauce pan over low heat, melt coconut oil

Next to warm pan add peanut butter and honey

Stine until well combined

Pull from heat Add in oatmeal (might need to use more depending on how thick you like the bars)

Fold in chocolate chips (I used chocolate and butterscotch)

Next spread out in pan

Melt chocolate chips and layer on top (I used like not even 1/2 cup, want very thin layer)

Store in fridge to set

Enjoy in about an hour
